Brief Course Description
BCMSN course covers basic switch operation, configuration, installation, troubleshooting using Cisco Catalyst 2900 XL and 5000/5500 with route switch module. It covers, setting up virtual lans (VLANS), trunks, port configurations, spanning tree protocol characteristics and implementation, multiplayer switching using MLS, Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP), multicasting and advanced switch troubleshooting techniques.
